| 摘 要： | 研究生思想政治教育是中国高等教育的重要组成部分，它关系到国家的人才培养质量以及国家“科教兴国”战略的顺利推进。从内因与外因两方面深入剖析高校研究生思想政治教育实效性弱化的原因，梳理解决这一问题的对策，对提高中国高等教育的质量和研究生的培养质量，实现从研究生数量之多向研究生质量之高的转变具有重要的现实意义。

| Abstract: | The ideological and political education of graduate students is an important part of higher education in China.It relates to quality of talent training and the advance of science and education strategy in our country.Analy-zing the effectiveness weakening of ideological and political education from two aspects of internal and external rea-sons of university graduate students,and combing the countermeasures to solve the problem,it has important and practical significance to improve the quality of China's higher education and the quality of the postgraduate cultiva-tion,and achieve the transformation from the more quantity number of graduate students to the high quality. |
