从伦理角度看医疗卫生资源分配机制

医疗卫生资源的分配是一个世界性难题，其面临着公平与效率、正当与善、政府与市场的伦理困境。而且，我国医疗卫生资源的分配机制并不完善，存在着总量不足、分配不均衡、服务质量差等问题。想要完善我国医疗卫生资源分配机制，我们必须在公平配置的目标指向下，从政府、医疗机构、社会成员、制度监督等各个方面入手，争取最大限度实现资源优化配置。

The allocation of the medical and health resources is a hard nut problem.It's facing the ethical dilemma of fairness and efficiency,legitimacy and goodwill,the government and market.At the same time,China's medical and health resources allocation mechanism is not perfect and many problems exist,such as insufficient quantity,non-bal-anced distribution and poor service.If we want to perfect our country's medical and health resources allocation mechanism,we must be under the guidance of the fair allocation target and follow the principle of fairness,public welfare and efficiency,from the government,medical institutions,members of the society,systematic management and other aspects to achieve optimal allocation of resources.
