| 摘 要： | 政事分类制度是现代公务员制度的基本特征。我国公务员法律规定与实践操作不相符,存在矛盾,迫切需要对政事分类加强理论研究指导实践。我国有必要通过实行政事分类制度来克服现行公务员分类弊端,加强公务员管理的针对性,实现政务官管理的政治化、民主化和事务官管理的专业化。
