| 摘 要： | 通过介绍人格与认知研究的新进展,探讨了人格、能力与认知三者之间的关系,从而为人格特质与认知操作的关系提供了一种新视野。在认知操作或成就水平的预测中,人格至少与能力同等重要;概念与情境的界定、人格与智力的关系、人格特质的测试工具以及变量的控制等问题成为人格与认知关系研究的关键,只有在双向考察的基础上才能完整地理解人格特质与认知操作的关系。

| Abstract: | By introducing the recent development in researches on personality and cognition, this paper discusses the relationship between personality, ability and cognition, and provides a new view for the relationship of personality traits and cognitive performance. The author believes that personality is as important as ability when predicting performance and achievement of individuals. Furthermore, problems such as the definition of conceptions and situations, the relationship between personality and intelligence, the test instrument of personality traits and the manipulation of variables are all keys in any researches. What is more, it is possible to understand the relationship only when we look at it from both sides. |
