海峡两岸经贸关系发展与台湾经济结构调整

20世纪90年代以来,台湾与中国大陆的贸易发展迅速,贸易规模不断扩大。由台商投资中国大陆推动的海峡两岸贸易发展,拉动了台湾经济结构的调整,使台湾的一些所谓"夕阳产业"获得新的生存和发展空间。目前,台湾制造业,特别是一些新兴产业已经逐步融入中国大陆制造业体系,两岸制造业之间的分工关系仍然向纵深发展。台湾要实现后工业化时期的结构调整,必须采取两个措施,一是尽快实现两岸"三通",二是尽快对大陆资本实行开放。

The Development of Relationship in Economy and Trade between the two sides of the Taiwan steraits and Taiwan Economic Structural Adjustment

In the 1990s, the trade between Taiwan and China's mainland developed rapidly and aras expanded to a large scale. Taiwan enterprises investment not only accelerates the development of the economy and trade of the both sides of the Taiwan straits but also prompts Taiwan structural adjustment in economy and brings a new life to some of the so-called "sun-setting industry" in Taiwan. At present, Taiwan manufacturing industry including some of the emerging industries has been emerged into the system of the manufacturing industry in China's mainland and the divisional relationship of the manufacturing industries of the both sides of the Taiwan straits is continually and deeply developing. In order to achieve the structural adjustment in course of post industrialization, Taiwan must take two measures:one is to make "three links" come into reality; the other is to open its market to the capital of China's mainland as soon as possible.
