| Abstract: | The CPC exploited the necessary ruling resources of society, politics, economy and culture in Shan- Gan - Ning Border Region and constructed the new democratic harmonious society with the usage and transformation of the ruling resources under the Partyg unified leadership. The successful way the Party exploited and utilized the ruling resources has the direct theoretical guide for the current socialism harmonious society＇s building. |
