江苏沿海高校本科专业设置及人才培养研究

专业是高等学校紧密联系社会的纽带,江苏沿海四所本科院校要主动适应沿海地区经济社会的发展变化与需求,科学、合理地设置与调整专业,以满足当地的人才需求.调查了江苏沿海地区四所省属本科院校的专业设置现状,从学科分布、人才培养、产业对接等方面为切入点,深入分析了各院校的专业结构布局情况,提出了基于产学研合作的应用型人才培养的实践路径.

Undergraduate Course Specialty Setup and Talent Training of Jiangsu Coastal Universities

As specialty is the link between colleges and society, the four universities in Jiangsu coastal area will actively adapt to the change and demand of society and economy, set up and adjust the specialties in a scientific and rational manner to meet the requirements for talents. This paper takes the four universities as an example, making an in-depth analysis on their undergraduate specialty structural layout from the perspectives of present discipline distribution, talent training, industrial connection, and coming up with Ways of application- oriented talent training based on enterprise-university-research institute cooperation.
