| 摘 要： | OA具有的资源免费和共享的特点,在一定程度上缓解了高校图书馆经费短缺的压力,为高校图书馆的发展提供了新的契机.在新时代,高校图书馆应该顺应OA的潮流趋势,积极倡导OA,大力推进其共建共享,努力开拓创新自身的服务理念和服务方式.

The libraries must follow the trend of OA, and take the initiative to coordinate the building and sharing, and reform the ideas and modes of service. |
