宪法的价值主要表现为工具价值和目标价值 ,比较中外宪法价值在取向上的异同 ,现代中国宪法价值在取向的基本原则上 ,既要保留具有中国特色的宪法价值 ,又要吸收世界宪法价值的精华 ;在取向的选择模式上 ,坚持本土性宪法价值与世界性宪法价值的良好结合 ;在取向的基本内容上 ,坚持宪法的经济价值、文化价值和人民本位的宪法价值

A Research on Modern Chinese Constitutional Value

To start with the constitutional value whose value is mainly manifested in its m eans and objective, and to make a comparison on the orientation of constitutional value between China and foreign countries, this paper analyses emphatically that we should retain the constitutional value with Chinese characteristics and absorb the quintessence of the universal constitutional value as to the basic principles of the orientation of Chinese constitutional value; we should insist on the fitness of the indigenous and universal constitutional value as for the orientation of choosing the models, and we should persist in the economic value, cultural value and people's own position of the constitution with regard to the orientation of fundamental content.
