关于市场经济条件下公有制实现形式的理论思考

公有制与市场经济既相容又相矛盾，传统的公有制实现形式与市场经济无法兼容，要真正实现公有制与市场经济的兼容，必须寻求适应市场经济条件的公有制实现形式；公有制实现形式的发展主要应着力于公有制的财产组织重构与所有权权能的分解，这样既丰富了公有制的内涵，又使其与市场机制有机地衔接；公有制实现形式的微观载体是企业制度，要按照现代企业制度的要求，推进公有制企业制度的改革。

On the Appropriate Form of Public Ownership in Market Economy

Public ownership and market economy are compatible but also conflict with each other.The traditional form of public ownership is not compatible with market economy.We must seek the appropriate form of public ownership if we want really to realize the compatibleness of public ownership and market economy.The development of public ownership form is to reorganize the public property and to devide the functions of the ownership rights.It will be helpful to develop the intention of public ownership and connect it to market mechanism.The micro base of public ownership is enterprise system.We must improve the reform of public enterprise system according to the request of modern enterprise system.
