社区精神文明建设指标考核体系初探

社区精神文明建设活动的开展迫切需要一套指标考核体系来监测、评估和指导。对此，我们以科学的理论依据为指导，根据科学性、适应性、系统性、可行性、可比性和计量化原则，建立了一套包括八大类35项具体指标的指标考核体系，并确定了各项指标的考评标准和分值，使其在实践中具有更大的推广价值。

Preliminary Probe into the Index Assessment System of "Civilization Community" in Chinese Cities

The civilizatin community is one of the activities of community construction which has only in the recent yeare widely used in China. So it is in bad need of a set of index assessment system to inspect,evaluate and direct the initial worh of the basic communities. The index assessment system of civilization community has important significance and function in the community construction. With the direction of seientific theories and by the principles of scientificness, adaptability, systematicness, feasibility, comparebility and measurability, this thesis designs a set of index assessment system, including twelve categories and fifty concrete indexs such as about community population, ecologoc environmnt, education, cultwre and PE, publicsafety, welfare, life quality, hygiene, economy, prevailing custom's comparison, community orguization consmiction, community social participation and so on. To be more widely used in the practice, it also defines the assessment standards and marks of every index.
