| 摘 要： | 黑龙江省是我国的大豆生产、科研和加工大省，为保障国家大豆产业安全，促进产业发展做出了重要贡献。本文研究了黑龙江省即将实施的“千亿斤粮食生产能力战略工程规划”对大豆产业的影响，认为：该规划将优化大豆产业布局，促进大豆生产结构调整，增强产业发展潜力；但也可能诱致大豆面积缩减，危及大豆物种保护，妨碍大豆市场竞争，同时提出了相关政策建议。
