| 摘 要： | 仫佬族是我国少数民族中人口较少的一个民族，其在婚姻家庭等方面的习惯法也有一定的特色，例如实行并不严格的民族内婚和严格的血缘团体外婚制，青年男女可以通过“走坡”的方式自由恋爱，但婚姻以包办为主，一般是由父母在“赶圩”时吃米粉谈亲事，盛行“送嫁十姊妹”和“走媳妇路”（不落夫家）习俗等。
