跨国商务谈判中的跨文化交际

摘    要:跨国商务谈判是一种特殊的跨文化交际形式,它遵循普通跨文化交际的规则,又具有自己独特的特点。本文运用交际和跨文化交际的理论,分析了跨国商务谈判的特点,发现跨文化交际中影响交际进程和结果的主要因素是文化冲突,而在商务谈判中,除文化因素外,还有利益因素,从而指出利益和文化冲突是影响商务谈判的主要因素。并据此结合实践案例得出结论:跨国商务谈判中应该把握住扩大共同利益,减少文化冲突两条原则。

Abstract:Cross-national business communication is a special form of international cultural communication and follows the principles of cross-cultural communication.Meanwhile,it has its own features.This paper analyzes the features of international business negotiation with cross-cultural communication theory and points out the two decisive factors concerning international business negotiation: interests and cultural conflicts.The importance of these two factors is illustrated through the analysis of three business negotiation cases.Finally the paper concludes that in international business negotiation we should try to promote the business interests of both sides and reduce the influence of cultural conflicts.
