| Abstract: | Through a comparative research of the west exploitation between China and America, and drawing, lessons from the experience of the economic exploitation in the west of America . the paper provides some useful suggestions for the economic development of the West China such as to take the economic developing model of the combination of "terraced transference" and conditional" increasing extreme-store development. |
