| 摘 要： | 编制适合中国社会文化背景的创业心理资本量表。运用文献法、访谈法、开放性问卷调查等方法对创业心理资本量表理论建构,分10个维度并按维度编写项目,共80题。进一步采用项目分析、探索性因素分析、验证性因素分析检验量表的心理测量学指标。结果表明:创业心理资本量表包含自我效能、乐观希望、主动应对、积极成长、热情创新、敏锐卓越、社交智慧七个因素组成,共31题。得出创业心理资本量表符合心理测量学的标准,可用来测量创业心理资本的结论。

| Abstract: | Objective ：Compiled Chinese social and cultural background of entrepreneurial psychological capital assessment scales .Methods：Based on the entrepreneurial psychological capital assessment scales designed by the way of integrated u-sing of literature analysis ,depth interview ,open questionnaire survey research ,tested the reliability and validity of the scales with the way of item analysis ,exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis .Results ：Entrepreneurial psychological capital scales were in accordance with the standard of psychometrics and has 31 items which were including seven factors ：Positive Grow th ,Actively Responding ,Enthusiasm for Innovation ,Keen and Excellent ,Self-efficacy ,Social Wisdom and Optimistic Hope .Conclusion ：Entrepreneurial psychological capital scales could be used as a startup psycholog-ical capital measurement tools . |
