| 摘 要： | 青岛打造“21世纪海上丝绸之路”枢纽城市意义重大。枢纽城市应该具备集散、转口、服务、信息、宜居等多种功能。青岛具有港口、外贸、政策、产业、区位等优势，应该采取建设人才聚集地及具有国际竞争力的企业集聚地、建设国际贸易中心城市和经济合作示范城市、建立自由贸易港区等对策以实现打造“21世纪海上丝绸之路”枢纽城市目标。

| Abstract: | It is significant for Qingdao to be the hub city of maritime Silk Road in 21th century. The hub city should have many functions, such as distribution, entreport, service, information, livable city. Qingdao has the superiorities of port, foreign trade, policy, industry, location and so on. So we should build the gathering places of talents and enterprises with international competitiveness in Qingdao, construct the key city of international trade and the demonstration city of economic cooperation, and establish the free trade zone. |
