| Abstract: | The main difficulties in the local journal of educative theory are expressed in uncertain ＂status＂, lack of finance and labours and low quality. The solution to these problems are mainly in following aspects： attaching importance to practice and locating rightly, support from policy, ensuring journal＇s quality and optimizing editoral members. |
