复合免疫刺激物——大肠杆菌苗的研制及效力测定

摘    要:
采用对比试验方法 ,以小白鼠为实验动物 ,进行了复合免疫刺激物———大肠杆菌苗的研制及效力测定。结果表明 :试验组菌苗的保护率为 84 .6 2 % ,高于对照组、氢氧化铝胶苗组 5 3.85 %(P <0 .0 5 )、蜂胶佐剂苗组 5 8.33% (P <0 .0 5 )、空白对照组 38.4 6 % (P <0 .0 1) ;试验组小白鼠的增重率为 2 7.5 2 % ,高于对照组氢氧化铝胶苗组 2 2 .31% (P <0 .0 1)、蜂胶佐剂苗组 2 3.98% (P <0 .0 1)、空白对照组 17.2 2 % (P <0 .0 1) ;试验组免疫器官指数为 8.0 1% ,高于空白对照组 7.6 7% (P <0 .0 1)与铝胶苗组 7.96 % (P >0 .0 5 )。表明该复合免疫刺激物———大肠杆菌苗的免疫效力较好 ,复合免疫刺激物具有较强的免疫增强力 ,是一种较好的免疫佐剂。

Abstract:
By comparason test,an experiment on the immune effect of E.coli vaccine with a compound adjuvant levamisol,Astragalus mongholicus Bunge,Psoralea corylifolia was made in mice.As a result,the percentage of the protection of test group was 84.62%, superior to that of control group (38.46%,P<0.05),also higher than that of Al(OH) 3 vaccine(53.85%)and that of Propolis vaccine(58.33%);the percentage of weight gain of test group was 32.5%,superior to that of Al(OH) 3 vaccine(22.31%, P<0.01),that of Propolis vaccine (23.98%)and that of control group(17.22%);meanwhile,the index of immune organs(liver,spleen,kidney)of test group was 8.13%,higher than that of control group(7.67%)and that of Al(OH) 3 vaccine(7.95%),slightly lower than that of Propolis vaccine(8.29%).It indicated that the E.coli vaccine with the compound adjuvant have a better immune efficiency,and the compound adjuvant has a stronger immune enhancemental effect.
