| 摘 要： | 针对目前我国个人住房抵押贷款市场的现状,提出发展住房抵押贷款保险来规避风险。美国发达的住房抵押贷款市场很大程度上得益于抵押贷款保险市场的发展,其运行模式值得我们借鉴。通过分析国内现行的抵押贷款保险体系中存在的问题,提出了发展住房按揭保险的一些建议、想法,以促进个人住房抵押贷款的良性发展,推动住房商品化的顺利进行。

| Abstract: | In view of China's housing mortgage loans market, we should put forward to developing the housing mortgage loans iusurance to avoid risks. The perfect housing mortgage loans market in America lies in the development of the housing mortgage loans insurance, which we should use for reference. On analyzing the problems in our country's mortgage loans insurance system, some advice and proposals have been advanced in order to promote the housing mortgage loans market developing soundly as well as to propel the housing commodity forward. |
