| 摘 要： | 经济建设和文化建设两者应并重进行。阐述了西部大开发及其与西部文化建设之间的关系,分析了西部文化的特征及其影响,指出了西部大开发对西部文化的影响和冲击,提出了西部开发过程中西部文化建设的总体要求和发展方向。
