| 摘 要： | 改革开放以来,中国农民收入增长较快,储蓄增长的幅度更快。农民收入持续增加、对未来预期不确定、融资渠道缺乏等是造成农村居民高储蓄的主要原因,因此需要采取增加农民收入、加强流动性建设、加强社会保障等措施,以减少高储蓄带来的负面影响。

| Abstract: | Reform and opening up in China has been nearly 30 years.Chinese farmers income increased, but the savings rate growd faster.The income of the farmers continued to increase,the expected future uncer- tain,the lack of financing channels caused by rural residents is the main reason for the high savings.Increas- ing farmers income,strengthening the building of liquidity,strengthen social security countermeasures are main ways of reducing the negative impact of the high savings of farmers. |
