| 摘 要： | 企业社会责任是企业为实现经营目标而应该对社会承担的责任，其本质是企业依法生产经营，遵循商业道德，完善经营机制，规范经营运作。实施企业社会责任有利于完善企业经营机制，而完善企业经营机制才能更好地实施企业社会责任，两者相互促进，实现企业的规范运行与可持续发展。

| Abstract: | An enterprise's social responsibility is the responsibility that the enterprise should take to achieve its business objective.Its essence is that the enterprise should run in accordance with the law,follow business ethics,complete its operational mechanism and standardize its management.Enterprise's social responsibility and its operation mechanism work on each other,promote each other,and they ensure the enterprise's standardized management and sustainable development. |
