| 摘 要： | 选举团制度是美国总统选举政治的独特产物,它直接影响着美国总统选举的结果。少数票总统的屡次出现,暴露了美国总统选举人制度存在的种种弊端和这一制度的非民主性,但它毕竟是一种具有可行性和可操作性的游戏规则。
