| 摘 要： | 四川省目前缺乏一个相对成熟和系统的天然气产业发展条例,这显然与四川未来天然气产业的发展地位和要求极不相称。应尽快建立健全四川省级天然气产业发展法规体系,并在有限政府理论指导下建立健全四川省天然气产业发展法规体系的基本原则和基本框架设计思路。

| Abstract: | Sichuan is empty for a relatively mature and systemic Sichuan Province natural gas business development statute,which significantly disproportionate with future development of Sichuan natural gas business.It's necessary and feasible that we build and complete Sichuan natural gas business judicial system,and propose basic principles and frames of design thread for Sichuan natural gas business judicial system development,which under the gaudiness of limited government theory. |
