| Abstract: | "The same verdict in the same kind case" has been a standard of estimating justice.People can't be tolerant of the result of the dissimilarity verdict in the same kind case.This paper explains the problem of jurisprudence of "the same verdict in the same kind case",commencing from its meaning,affirming it and the solving mechanism of the dissimilarity verdict in the same kind case. |
