试论台海局势的动态平衡及其调控

围绕台湾海峡局势进行政治角力的各个政治行为主体以相互制约的方式形成了动态平衡态势,这是中国国家统一必须面对的台海环境。各个行为主体通过各自台海政策的调整,以冲突—反应的方式建构了动态平衡态势的啮合规则。从不同的视角检视,该系统呈现出相对稳定性、张力有限性、演进渐进性特征。如何调控这一动态平衡态势,使其向有利于国家统一的方向发展,是我们必须研究的课题。

On the Dynamic Balance and Modulation of the Political Condition in Taiwan Strait

The main powers of political actions,fighting with each other around the political condition in Taiwan Strait,are becoming to be a state of dynamic balance,which China has to be confronted with to achieve the unity of our country.The main powers of political actions have established a dynamic-balanced system of conflict-reaction by modulating their policies.The system presents to be stable,limited,and gradually-changed from different camera angles.The problem to be solved is how to modulate this sort of condition to be favorable to the unity of China.
