浅议企业可持续发展与核心竞争能力的结合

本文从企业核心竞争能力及企业可持续发展的概念及内涵出发，对企业可持续发展能力进行了三个层次的定位分析，阐明了企业可持续发展的主要实现方式一是企业要根据企业可持续发展的总体要求，从企业与环境的兼容性出发来研制企业发展战略，不断提高企业战略管理能力；二是企业要以清洁生产为目标，不断提升核心技术能力和核心制造能力。文章力图在企业战略管理的核心技术领域找到企业核心竞争能力与企业可持续发展两者的结合点。

On the Combination of Sustainable Development and Kernel Competitive Capacity of Enterprises

This paper analyses the sustainable development of enterprises by directing their current position, and clarify the ways of the sustain able development: first, by taking the harmony between enterprises and environme nt into consideration, the enterprise should devises the development strategy an d enhance the management capacity; secondly, aiming at cleaning production, the enterprises should constantly promote kernel technical ability and kernel produc tion ability. This paper strives to find the junction point between kernel compe titive capacity and sustainable development of enterprises.
