| Abstract: | How to strengthen the construction of professional ethics of the teaching profession in universities & colleges is an important research topic for Labour Union,which reflects the need for Labour Union to submit to the overall situation of educational reform and development.The Labour Union in universities & colleges should give play to its roles in contructing teachers' ethics through various channels and coordinating correlated sectors. |
