| 摘 要： | 证人制度的完善,尤其是证人权利及其保障是中国证据立法不可避免的内容之一.文章以两大法系的典型代表美国、德国为例,对中外相关立法状况作一比较研究,指出我国证人权利保障中存在的问题,并提出解决思路.

| Abstract: | The perfection of witness system, especially witness rights and its protection, is one of the inevitable contents in witness legislation in China. Taking typical representatives in two Law Systems, America and Germany, as examples, the author makes a comparative study on the issue about the experiences of related legislation in foreign countries and our country. Furthurmore, he points out the existing problems of protecting witness rights and suggests some methods to solve them. |
