| 摘 要： | 人才市场的不断发展正在不断影响和改变着人类社会的生产生活,亦对传统的法律规范提出了挑战,必须积极应对。本文阐述了我国人才市场立法的现状,分析了当前人才市场法律规范所存在的缺陷,进而提出了健全和完善我国人才市场法律规范的一些对策和建议。 |

| Abstract: | With the development of the market of trained personnel, the life of human has been changed and affected. Faced with the challenge of the statute,we must try to find the best way to make it better. This article tries to expound the actuality of the market of trained personnel and analyse the limitation of the statute of market of trained personnel. Finally,we put forward our suggestions and countermeasures to perfect the statute of China's maket of trained personnel. |
