| 摘 要： | 高校校园精神文化富含德育功能。高校校园精神文化环境的优化应从以下方面入手:注重学校文化传统的熏陶影响,着力培育具有自身特色的校园精神;完善校园文化活动体系,正确引导大学生的精神生活;建立和谐的人际关系,创设良好的心理环境;加大学生宿舍管理力度,建立多功能的“文化小区”。

| Abstract: | The spiritual culture in the university campus is rich in the moral function. Therefore, in the new period, in order to optimize the spiritual cultural environment of the campus, university is very necessary to do some works from four respects, such as pay attention to school edifying of cultural tradition influence, perfect campus cultural activity system, establish harmonious interpersonal relationships, and reinforce the management of university student dormitory, etc. |
