| 摘 要： | 高校课程教学有效是高校教育教学质量的基本保障。文章依据高校办学定位和功能，针对高校课程教学现状，围绕高校课程教学的基本特征，从以学习者为中心、以学科体系为目标、以信息技术与课程教学整合优化为基础、以学校系统工程建设为依托四个方面探讨实施地方高校有效教学的措施，为高校教学管理建设和教师课程教学实践提供参考依据。

| Abstract: | Course teaching Effectiveness is essential to the education quality of colleges and universities. Based on locations and functions of colleges and universities, the status quo and the basic features of course teaching in colleges and universities, the paper examined effective teaching measures in local universities from the aspects of how to be the learner-centered and subjects system-targeted, how to highlight research teaching, how to introduce the service to the local community into the teaching process, how to use information teaching technology, how to optimize integration and how to build school-based systems. The paper is aimed at providing reference for teaching construction management and teaching practice. |
