| 摘 要： | 我国国防科技工业军民融合在社会主义建设过程中随国际形势的变化不断探索前进,大致经历了三个重要时期:第一个时期从新中国成立到改革开放,经历了国防科技工业创建时期的平战结合探索;第二个时期从改革开放到世纪之交,期间经历了冷战结束和以经济建设为中心转型时期的军转民和军民结合探索;第三个时期从新世纪以来至今,期间经历了新经济引发的新军事变革时代的寓军于民和军民融合探索,逐渐形成具有我国特色的国防科技工业军民融合式发展的思想体系和政策体系。
