| 摘 要： | 道家学说究竟主张“无为”、还是“无不为”,历来是学者争议的重要命题,也是研究黄老学无法回避的核心问题。“无为”、“无不为”之说各有其理,亦自成一家之言。基于道家思想从理论到实践的历史脉络,对黄老学的社会历史地位加以重新审视,显得尤为重要。长期以来,黄老学被人们惯以道学指归。重新认识黄老学思想的学派特性、历史地位及其功用,这既是对道家思想的合理解读,也是对黄老学思想发展的价值思考。
