| 摘 要： | 在西部大开发背景下,西部民族地区面临着发展战略的选择.本文认为应该走跨越式发展与可持续发展相结合的道路,即社会整体发展基础上的局部跨越.这需要坚持经济发展与社会发展及生态保护并重,坚持以人为本,建立新型的社会经济体系.

| Abstract: | Against the background of developing west China, ethnic areas in west China are confronted with the strategic choice. It is pointed out in this paper that these areas should take the path of combining leaping development with sustainable development-partial leap on the basis of social development in an all-round way, which requires paying equal attention to economic and social development and protection of ecological environment. |
