The analysis of income capitalization valuation methods in hotel industry

While the competition of hotel industry intensifies the annexation of hotel companies is on the rise and this results in hotel valuation issue. Many valuation agencies advance a lot of valuation methods and provides valuation basis for hotel merger. China hotel industry begins to meet this problem in recent years. All parties that participate business focus on how to estimate hotel price. This paper firstly presents main approaches to hotel valuation, and then emphasizes on main income capitalization methods based on business entities, lastly evaluates these methods from many directions.
