| Abstract: | The Novel Monthly is an important literary monthly in the Chinese new literary history.SHEN Yan-bing boldly innovated the Novel Monthly after he became the chief editor of it.Thereafter,the Novel Monthly became an important position to publish new literary works.Many famous writers,critics and translators in the new literary history had published articles on it.Reformatory success of the Novel Monthly indicates a new period of the new literary movement. |
