| 摘 要： | 仅仅研究犯罪预防的具体措施是不够的,必须从总体上构建犯罪预防体系.科学的犯罪预防体系应当具备超前性、对应性和复合性三个支点.超前性从总体上影响犯罪预防的整体思路;对应性直接针对犯罪产生的原因,对症下药;复合性确保参与犯罪预防的主体、各类预防措施有机地纳入统一的整体之中.三个支点缺一不可.

| Abstract: | The paper holds that it is not enough to study concrete measures of crime prevention,we must construct general system of crime prevention. Scientific system of crime prevention must have three fulcrums,advanced nature, correspondence and complexity. Advanced nature affects the whole thinking of crime prevention;Correspondence is directed against the cause of crime,suit the medicine to the illness; Complexity can bring the subjects and all kinds of measures of crime prevention into whole entirety. Not one of these fulcrums can be dispensed with. |
