“大运”文化效应与深圳城市形象塑造

摘    要:深圳第26届世界大学生夏季运动会对深圳城市形象的塑造产生了明显的文化效应.“大运”使深圳城市形象的“三大系统”更先进、更现代.城市理念融入了立足长远、民生为重、面向世界等新的精神要素:城市景观实现了城市基础设施与城市人文景观的融会统一;城市行为规范与行为方式得到新的提升,达到了政府行为与市民行为的良性互动.深圳城市形象的“后大运”构建也因此有了新的更高的目标追求.

Abstract:the 26th FISU Universiade hosted in Shenzhen has produced palpable cultural effects on Shenzhen’s urban image.The Universiade has modernized and improved the three aspects in Shenzhen’s urban image: namely,"the spirit of the city" now exudes a renewed sense of cosmopolitanism that emphasizes the long-term and people’s livelihood;"the landscape of the city" now manifests a fusion of basic infrastructure and urban cultural vista;"the behavioral control and pattern of the city" now features healthy interaction between government action and the citizenry’s action.Shenzhen’s post-Universiade construction consequently must now meet higher bars of standards.
