| 摘 要： | 在考察外资进入规模、行业构成的基础上,分析外资对中国要素分配格局和制造业增长的影响。研究表明：从三次产业层面来看,外资主要提高了第二产业的相对需求;在第二产业内部,外资主要促进了劳动密集型行业的技术进步,这两方面的变化均会导致资本密集型产业的产值相对上升,进而导致劳动收入份额下降。另外,制造业扩张和FDI增加具有双向因果关系：FDI对制造业产值的提高具有显著作用,制造业产值对FDI也有促进作用,但是作用幅度较小。

| Abstract: | The paper investigates the mechanism through which FDI affects factor income distribution and the growth of the manufacturing industry based on FDI scale and industry structure.The study indicates that FDI mainly improves the relative demand of the secondary industry;that inside the secondary industry,FDI makes a significant contribution to the technological progress of the labor-intensive industries.Both these changes caused by FDI will increase the relative product of the capital-intensive industry and in turn reduce the labor income share.Besides,the expansion of the manufacturing industry and the increase of FDI influence each other:FDI plays a significant role in raising the product of the manufacturing industry while the product of the manufacturing industry also pushes FDI,though not so significantly. |
