高校毕业生就业观念调查及应对策略

学生职业生涯规划和就业指导工作一直以来都是高校学生思想政治工作的重要内容。一个学生的就业关系到整个家庭,而一群学生的就业会影响到整个社会的稳定和发展。本文在深入调查高校毕业生就业观念的基础上,分析了当前就业指导工作的现状和存在的问题,提出了一些应对策略,以求更加合理有效地做好毕业生就业指导和服务工作。

Investigation on Employment Ideas of College Graduates and the Coping Strategies

Students’ career orientation and job-hunting guidance are always important tasks for ideological and political faculty in universities and colleges.Whether a student can find a satisfying job is closely related to his whole family,while,whether each of a group of students can find a satisfying job exerts great influence on the stability and development of the whole society.On the basis of a research on the graduates’ concepts of employment in Tianjin University of Commerce,the writer analyzes the current situation of job-hunting guidance and service,points out the problems and tries to give some suggestion so as to fulfill the career orientation task more rationally and efficiently.
