摘    要:系统介绍了针对两种加工对象——空间曲面和任意平面的激光切割程序的示教生成方法;讨论了基于映射法的空间圆弧插补算法和对旋转影响的补偿控制算法相结合而得出的五轴联动插补算法。实践证明基于这些算法的新型五轴联动激光切割加工控制系统可以保证空间激光切割加工有效进行。

Abstract:The advantages of using 3-D laser cutting machine to process 3-D sheet metal workpiece is obvious. General NC system cannot fit the special requirements of 3-D laser cutting, considering the feature of 3D laser cutting,a new teaching-playback method and a 5-axis simultaneous interpolation algorithm special for 3D laser cutting are discussed in this paper. The teaching-playback method can generate NC program contentedly and rapidly for two kinds of cutting object-space surface and space plane. The interpolation algorithm can ensure laser beam vertical to part surface. The experiments prove that these algorithms can make 3-D laser cutting maching processes rapidly and effectively.
