| 摘 要： | 康德自由观的独特贡献主要表现为：一方面他把自由从必然性的事实领域提升到了超越必然性知识的价值领域，求证了自由不是必然性知识所能解决的本性；另一方面，他为现实社会中个人自由的正当性奠定了坚实的道德基础。康德的自由观对于当前人类如何正确地理解“自由”的全部意义及反思“现代性”等问题仍具有启发意义。

| Abstract: | : The special contributions of Kant's freedom theory mainly show: On the one hand, he elevated the freedom from the cognition of necessity to the value world which is above the necessity, and he confirmed that the essence of freedom couldn't be resolved by the necessary knowledge; On the other hand, he founded solid moral basis for the justice of the individual freedom in society. Kant's freedom idea still has enlightening significance for mankind at present to understand whole significance of freedom correctly and ponder a few drawbacks brought by modernism. |
