| 摘 要： | 目的观察多西他赛联合CBP治疗晚期老年非小细胞肺癌的疗效及毒副作用。方法34例晚期老年肺癌采用多西他赛联合卡铂方案治疗2～3周期,按照WHO标准进行评价。结果34例中CR0例,PR14例,NC12例,PD6例,总有效率（RR）为41.18%（14/34）;初治组RR为57.14%（3/7）;复治组RR为40.74%（11/27）。两组RR比较差异有统计学意义,P=0.04。结论多西他赛联合卡铂治疗晚期老年肺癌疗效确切,毒副作用可以耐受,可广泛应用。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effects of docetaxel and carboplation weekly on non-small-cell lung cancer （NSCLC） and untoward reactions in the elderly patients.Methods Thirty-four cases elderly patients（NSCLC） with not treated previously by chemotherapy received intravenous infusions of docetaxel 35mg/m2 and carboplation AUC=5 three consecutive weeks. All patients should receive at least 2 cycles.Results Among 34 patients,complete response（CR） was obtained in 0 ease,partial response（PR） in 14 cases,stable disease（SD） in 12 cases,progressive disease（PD） in 6 cases. Total response rate （RR）：36.11%（13/36）.Hematologic toxicities,whieh were mild,included grade Ⅲ～Ⅳ neutropenia in 41.48% （14/34）.Conclusions Docetaxel and carboplation used weekly in elderly patients with NSCLC would be effective and safe. |
