| 摘 要： | 村庄经济发展和农民分化方式是影响村民公共参与的重要变量.在现阶段中国农村的自主发展中,原来同构性的农村社会已经多元化,不同类型的村庄具有各不相同的经济发展模式和农民分化方式,并因此造成村民公共参与的动机和目的、行为和态度、参与精英的构成等方面的种种差异,呈现出极度的非均衡性和多样性.所以,理论研究和治理实践都应当从这种非均衡性和多样性出发. |

| Abstract: | The economic development of villages and the pattern of villagers' classification are the important variables that influence villagers' public participation. In the current independent development of China's rural areas, the former homogeneous rural society has been seen a great diversity. Different types of villages have various economic development modes and patterns of villagers' classification, which causes kinds of differences, such as the motive and purpose of villagers' public participation, their behaviors and attitudes, the composition of participative elites etc, and then takes on extremely non-balance and diversity. Therefore theoretical study and governance practice should be based on this sort of non-balance and diversity. |
