运用市场机制培育新型农民的几点思考

建设社会主义新农村是党中央运用科学发展观作出的重大战略部署。新农村建设的主体是农民，农民的素质的高低直接影响到整个农村经济的建设与发展．培养造就有文化、懂技术、会经营的社会主义新型农民是建设社会主义新农村的关键。文章简要分析了培育新农民的迫切性，提出了运用市场机制培训新农民，提高农民科技素质、文化素质、人文素质等方面应采取的措施。

Reflections on Applying Market Mechanism to Cultivate New Type of Peasants
