金代商业管理机构探微

金朝统治的百余年间,中国北方地区商品经济取得了长足发展,商业管理机构逐渐完善。这一时期,金朝政府为加强对商业活动的控制,从中央到地方都设立了完整的机构以管理境内贸易及其在边境地区进行的榷场贸易;此外,政府还建立了严密的禁榷机构以维护国家对特定商品的垄断经营权。在国家不断强化商业管理机构的同时,作为民间商业自律组织的行会也在不断发展。这些官方与民间商业管理机构的建立,对促进金朝商业经济的发展起到了重要的推动作用。

A Probe into the Commercial Management Organizations in Jin Dynasty

During the one hundred years of Jin Dynasty,commercial economy in northern China achieved fast development and commercial management organizations improved gradually.In this period,the Jin government strengthened the regulation of commercial activities at different levels and established special organs to protect the monopoly of management to certain goods.In the meantime,the nongovernmental commercial organization-guild also grew fast.Both government and non-government commercial management organizations greatly stimulated commercial economy in Jin Dynasty.
