| 摘 要： | 工程素质是工程师最重要、最基本的素质 ,工程素质培养是当今高等工程教育的薄弱环节。高等工程教育改革必须注重加强学生工程素质的培养。本文指出了存在于我国高等工程教育中的问题 ,提出了应从加强学生的实践能力、改善学生的知识结构、加快教育改革、加强师资建设及探索产学合作几方面入手 ,培养学生的工程素质。
