| 摘 要： | 通过创新教育的培养推进素质教育,使学生在平等、和谐、民主的氛围中学习和提高,从而达到促进和提高素质的目的,面对全球科学技术的迅猛发展,面对国际间各种思想文化的相互激荡,中国经济社会的快速转型,中国教育必须尽快实现跨世纪的历史性转型,为国家经济发展和社会全面进步提供强大的精神动力和智力支持。全面推进素质教育是当前中国教育界的主旋律,也是教育自身"升级换代"的要求。在当前,中国要全面推进素质教育,就必须处理好教育创新与创新教育的关系,把创新教育当作素质教育的核心。仅仅对传统应试教育模式的小修小补,不可能真正实施人们所期望的创新教育。

Creative spirit is the focal point and core of quality education |

| Abstract: | Quality control promoted through creative education can make students study and improve in equal,harmonious and democratic atmosphere thus attaining the goal to promote and raise quality.Confronted with rapid global scientific development and mutual inffuence of international cultures and rapid transformation of Chinese economic society, Chinese education must realize rapid transcentury transformation so as to provide strong spiritual motive force and intellectual support for national economic development and social overall progress.To push forward quality education is the main task of educational front.At present the relation between educational reform and creative education must be well handled.small reforms in traditional educational system pattern can not meet the demand for creative education. |
